Mosaic House Number Tile
I'm a big DIYer - the end result of my Mosaic house tile came out very pretty. I choose to do the finishing touches myself and after receiving the tile stone work, I mounted it on a thin board with a wire attached to the back, used mosaic adhesive. It adhesive made the board curve a little, was easily corrected buy putting a heavy object in the center for a day or so. Later, I bought white un-sanded grout, as it had many spaces and needed it. I treated with mosaic grout treatment, but then wiped it off, since the treatment made the stones dull. After cleaning it off, the stones are shiny again and pretty. My plaque was marble honey onyx base, with brown marble numbers. All add'l supplies were purchased at the local Michaels craft store. And, btw, Jack with mosaic.mosaic was super helpful in advisement of what to use.. Thanks Jack!
